UPDATE

Below are three currently available certified lab grown diamonds through my vendor. Thankfully, the price did not change much on the labs similar to the approximate 1.85 that was originally quoted in the 8x6mm center, other than the 2.21 carat i included just to give you an idea on what a very slightly bigger certified lab would do as far as price. i listed them according to preference. i believe the very first one is close to the mm and carat size in the approx. 8x6mm quote (the $2,500 uncerted lab). I was happy to find this as it is a better color and quality on paper than the original. Then of course the next two are to compare.

Keep in mind that these specific diamonds may not be available 2-3 months from now, because there is no reserve on them unless they are purchased. But i am really not concerned as the database for these labs is so large that there should be no problem finding one profoundly similar when we are ready to get moving. Same goes for the ring. Because prices change as the market changes, the vendor will “requote” us for the job when we are ready to start. I am not concerned that the price will change much if at all, but i want you to have all of the facts.

the prices listed are approximate for now until we get them to embed the diamond price and mm size that we chose into the cad for the ring we are creating. When we chose one, I will also ask them about the gold price drop like we discussed!

1.88ctw f/vvs2 $2,350 w/tax

8.64x5.82mm $2,132.49 pre tax

These numbers are approximate until vendor embeds the diamond price and mm size into the ring we are creating.

2.21ctw d/vs1 $2,600 w/tax

8.81x6.14mm $2,359.35 pre tax

These numbers are approximate until vendor embeds the diamond price and mm size into the ring we are creating.

1.85ctw d/vs1 $2,330 w/tax

8.50x6.00mm $2,114.34 pre tax

These numbers are approximate until vendor embeds the diamond price and mm size into the ring we are creating.

Welcome!

Hey Bud! Welcome to our starting point! This is where I will give you almost all of your information unless you have specific question in which of course i will just communicate with you through text. This page works great with desktop but works with mobile as well.

First and foremost, I want to apologize for the delay in starting this. It’s been a little crazy in the Newlin clan!

Now onto the options below. These are our starting points. Because you guys have learned that she likes the three-stone look (Emerald Cut Center with Baguette sides, I wanted to branch out on the three-stone styles. Even if none of these catch your eye, there may still be an element of one of them that you would like to incorporate in the original design. such as, the milgrain edging in style #6, or the claw prongs in style #1, #2, & #3, or the diamond shank in style #4. There are so many elements you can add to a ring design to make it your own and special for her.

Keep in mind, these options may may you or both of you realize how much you guys truly loved the ring she originally put on her finger! That’s okay! You are not obligated to me, AND I can have the ring recreated with just the images you have.

Anything custom we do, will begin with Digital Renderings that can either be changed as we go or approved off the bat.

Once we have a better idea on style, i will go ahead and add in all lab grown diamond prices for each of the styles we are interested in, as well as details such as diamond education including color, clarity, and carat.

NOTE

Emerald Cut Center Rings with larger side stones, such as baguettes, are typically considered three-stone rings (mentioned above). It is uncommon that this combo comes with a raised head to accommodate a straight band. With this being said, if we find a style/design you like but are not a fan of the contoured band option, we can work with my digital rendering CAD team to see if we can modify the design. also, if you see a contoured band that is just gold, but would like to see what it looks like with diamonds, let me know, and we can get the CAD team to work on a rendering!

I know we talked about the alternating round and baguette bands and engagement ring shanks. I did not have readily available options for that in engagement rings, but if we like these band styles, we can go off of their design and custom create a ring to match.

I also did a little research so we could view some more ideas. Remember we can create these styles while changing elements, like if it showcases a round center, we can change it to emerald cut. Check out the links below the bands and let me know what you think.
